LOSTACOS began as a popup restaurant called the Quest For Bold Flavour, started by like minded friends from California, Scotland, Italy and England. In search of the boldest flavours to share with their fellow Londoners, they hosted two years of sold-out popups.

Over that time, they nurtured a longstanding love for tacos and after a research trip/taco binge in Mexico involving 300 tacos, LOSTACOS was born. Its mission: to bring handmade Californian and Mexican tacos to Londoners, with the steadfast belief that the taco is best enjoyed informally and spontaneously.
